CONSTRUCTION & BUILDING MATERIAL

Fly Ash

Fly ash, also known as flue-ash is a residue which is generated during combustion and consists of fine particles. There are impurities in coal which mostly consist of clays, limestone and dolomite particles. These turn up into ash they cannot be completely burned. Fly ash is useful in a number of ways and is one of the most researched upon mineral source. It is mainly a pozzolanic substance which contains aluminium and silicon material which in return due to the presence of water can take form of cement.

Applications: Green Concrete, Admixtures, Bricks

Clinker

Clinker or kiln pulp refers to dark gray grains with a diameter of 3 to 25 mm which is produced by heating clay and limestone at a temperature of 1400 to 1500°C and without changing its properties, it can be stored for a long time in a dry place. Cement factories purchase clinker to produce cement in areas where raw materials are scarce or unavailable. Cement is generally produced in two ways. In the wet method, clinker which is the raw material for cement production is mixed with water and ground, but in the dry method, the cement raw materials are mixed and ground together in a dry form. Cement and clinker are not two similar materials. Cement is a powder-like material used in the construction industry, while clinker is a material used to produce cement.

Granulated Blast Furnace Slag [GBFS / GGBFS]

Granulated Blast Furnace Slag or GBFS is formed when Granulated Blast Furnace Slag or GBFS is successively at a fast rate quenched from the furnace rather than left or cooling. It has a density of about 60% to 70% that of natural sand. This material has a much increased resistance to sulphate attack. This eventually leads to better performance in countering acids of any type. In GBFS, no type of reaction related to alkali and silica occurs. Also the material provides a huge saving in connection to carbon dioxide emission which is an extra boon. What constitutes GBFS are its properties that consist of durability, appearance, higher ultimate strength than concrete which is made up of Portland cement and high sustainability level of the product made out of this material.

Applications: Construction Sand, Road Construction, Green Concrete, Admixtures

Micro Silica

Micro Silica also known as Silica fume. It is a by product of producing silicon metal or ferrosilicon alloys in smelter using electric arc furnaces. It is a grey coloured powder, pozzolanic in nature.

Applications: Concrete Industry, Refractory, Rubber Industry, Anti caking agent, Pellet Binder.

Gypsum

Micro Silica also known as Silica fume. It is a by product of producing silicon metal or ferrosilicon alloys in smelter using electric arc furnaces. It is a grey coloured powder, pozzolanic in nature.

Applications: Concrete Industry, Refractory, Rubber Industry, Anti caking agent, Pellet Binder.

Limestone

Lime stone is a fine powder obtained from the processing of Limestone. It can be added to Portland cement as an addition, wither at factory to create a composite cement or at the batch plant to form a combination cement.

Applications: Cement paste, filler, Green Concrete.

Aggregate Stone Chips

Aggregate is composed of various particles used in construction as foundation. It includes sand, slag, stone and gravel etc. The aggregate that we offer actsas reinforcement to add strength to the overall composite material which gets used for constructions. The product that we offer goes through the quality inspection process.

Cement

Producer. Indiai scontributing tremendously to the Supply of Cement across the Globe. The Capacity of Indian market to produce and supply cement is increasing at swift pace. We source the best quality and from the best brands. We supply OPC, PPC, Slag cement, White Cement and Sulfate Resisting Cement.

Steel

the steel production process. They are hotrolled or forged from an ingot or strand cast. Smaller and longer than a bloom, billets are usually a square cross section less than 36 square inches. They are used for the manufacture of all ‘long’ steel products such as bars, rods, pipes, tubes, wire and wire products.
